Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, analytics, business or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise data management, analytics engineering, or data strategy with team leadership.
• Experience evaluating and integrating data across CRM, HR, finance, and other domains.

Responsibilities

• Own data readiness across systems to enable reliable analytics, insights, and AI consumption.
• Define and maintain consistent business meaning and taxonomy across data fields.
• Drive data quality improvements and manage data flows, single source of truth, and data accuracy.
• Support identification and relationships across core entities (clients, companies, people, matters) and hierarchies.
• Align curated datasets to pricing, staffing, growth, benchmarking, and predictive modeling.
• Lead the Data Integrity team and coordinate with data providers and system owners.
