Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Foundation & Readiness to lead enterprise data governance and readiness initiatives. You will drive data standards, quality, and structured datasets to empower analytics, insights, and AI applications across the firm.

Collaborating with the IT Data Architect and Strategic Insights, you will shape data structures, oversee a Data Integrity team, and implement scalable processes to manage growing data complexity in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in enterprise data management or analytics strategy with leadership.
• Experience with data integration across CRM, HR, and finance.
• Proven ability to align data with business objectives.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own data readiness across systems to enable analytics and AI.
• Define and maintain data meaning, taxonomy, and master data.
• Drive data quality across systems and data flows.
• Lead the Data Integrity team and manage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT Data Architect on schema design and integration.
• Ensure data lineage and transparency for insights teams.
• Evaluate new data sources for usefulness and business value.
