Job summary
RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering in Belmont, CA to lead a team of data engineers building and scaling the revenue data infrastructure.
You will own the data mart design, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and Product stakeholders. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and drive best practices across ETL/ELT, data modeling, orchestration, and governance while partnering with Finance and Leadership to
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data engineering with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience managing data engineers across levels.
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Spark, HDFS), Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3, PostgreSQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a data engineering team from junior to senior levels.
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the revenue data mart.
- Architect and oversee data pipelines across Hadoop, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3, PostgreSQL.
- Ensure data integration with Marketo, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite.
- Partner with BI teams for reporting in Tableau and Sigma.
- Apply ML/AI to improve pipeline reliability and insights.
- Enforce data governance, security, and SOX controls.
- Manage sprints and Agile delivery.
- Drive CI/CD, data quality, and observability.
