Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics to lead the analytical backbone of our revenue data, turning acquisition, upsell, churn, and downsell data into clear, actionable insights that shape forecasting and growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role focusing on technical direction, mentoring analysts, and executive storytelling.

You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting to build dashboards, data models, and reporting standards, ensuring accuracy,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue analytics, GTM strategy, Sales/business operations, or related analytical function.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reporting and analytics for revenue data across all product areas.
• Lead the design and maintenance of core revenue data reporting used in monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across GTM motions and surface findings to leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Accounting to report, build dashboards, and translate data into decisions.
• Build and scale self-serve analytics infrastructure (dashboards, data models, reporting standards).
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/BI teams to ensure GTM data is clean and trustworthy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts across levels, including hiring and performance management.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including QBRs and board reporting.
