Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to deliver data products and enable fast, data-driven decisions. You will design scalable pipelines and governance solutions, collaborating with the Data Platform team to support analytics and ML initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading design reviews, building models, and mentoring engineers while adhering to SDLC and CI/CD practices in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with Spark and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines ingesting data from APIs, databases, files, and streams.
• Lead design reviews and translate business needs into enterprise-grade data solutions.
• Develop advanced data models (dimensional, data vault, canonical) for analytics.
• Mentor teams on SDLC, CI/CD, and data infrastructure automation.
