You will drive engineering excellence, partner with IT and business leaders, and ensure governance, security, and long-term platform health while leveraging AI-enabled tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or related fields.
• 7+ years with SQL and database technologies.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in a people leader role.
• 5+ years driving operational excellence in complex technology environments.
• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, architecture, and business teams.
• 2+ years using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity with responsible human review when needed.
• Excellent business acumen and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data engineers and DBAs.
• Oversee data platforms, ingestion, transformation, storage and retrieval for analytics and operations.
• Drive operational excellence with monitoring, performance optimization, resiliency, and risk reduction.
• Provide leadership across data engineering, database management, and platform responsibilities.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and innovation including responsible AI tool usage.
