Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or related engineering disciplines with enterprise-scale data solutions
• 7+ years SQL experience with database technologies, data modeling, and performance optimization
• 5+ years leading engineering teams with performance management responsibilities
• 5+ years driving operational excellence and service stability in complex environments
• 2+ years using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data engineers and DBAs, shaping growth and accountability
• Oversee design, delivery, and improvements of data platforms, transformation, and analytics capabilities
• Drive reliability, performance, resiliency planning, and automation across data environments
• Provide leadership across data engineering, database management, and platform responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams to align priorities with enterprise needs
