Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and consent governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own data engineering foundation for LillyDirect, including patient analytics data products.
• Design scalable ingestion pipelines and implement privacy-first governance.
• Deliver analytics-ready data products with data dictionaries and access patterns.
• Collaborate with product teams and partners to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Ensure HIPAA authorization and consent governance across systems.
