Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Technical Data Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the LillyDirect Pharmacy Covered Entity Data Hub. You will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable healthcare data products.

The role requires ownership of the product backlog, agile delivery, and cross‑functional leadership in a HIPAA-regulated environment, with a hybrid work model three days onsite and two remote weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Data Product Manager, or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years working with enterprise data platforms, data integration, analytics, or cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Experience managing Agile software delivery teams using Jira and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and managing cross-functional delivery programs.
• Experience working in regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LillyDirect Pharmacy Covered Entity Data Hub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate goals into capabilities and technical requirements.
• Define roadmaps aligned with priorities, regulatory requirements, and data strategy.
• Prioritize initiatives and technical debt using a value-driven approach.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog within Jira and manage epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and release planning.
