Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Owner or Data Product roles.
• 3+ years with enterprise data platforms and cloud data ecosystems.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the product roadmap and strategy.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new data sources and data pipelines.
• Ensure HIPAA, privacy, and security compliance.
• Measure data product success and drive observability.
