Sedgwick is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer in Hawaii to design and maintain scalable data pipelines across batch, real-time streaming, and event-driven data movements from on-premises to cloud.

You will serve as a core developer for the Snowflake data Platform, optimize performance, build semantic layers, and mentor a data engineer while guiding analysts in best practices across cross-functional teams. Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Azure data tools, and cloud integration is highly valued, with

Competenze

• Five or more years of dedicated data engineering experience building production-grade pipelines.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and data sharing.
• Experience moving data across hybrid environments (on-prem to cloud) using batch, streaming, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience building or maintaining semantic layers for downstream AI / NLP capabilities.
