Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in data engineering, ETL, warehousing, analytics.
• Advanced SQL development, query optimization, performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with semantic modeling and BI platforms.
• Experience with enterprise data integration platforms and production support.
• Strong communication across tech and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and enhance enterprise data pipelines for accuracy and availability.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents.
• Design schemas, tables, and structures to maximize reporting performance.
• Develop and maintain enterprise semantic/analytical data models.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure governance, lineage, and metadata.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
