You will lead data ingestion, processing, and Snowflake capabilities while guiding teams toward reliable, cost‑effective data solutions and evolving AI‑driven data access.

The role emphasizes architecture leadership, observability, and engineering standards, with opportunities to shape MCP‑enabled data services and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 8 ~ 12 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, distributed processing, data warehousing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake including architecture and governance.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines (batch, streaming, CDC).
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data engineering architectures.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of large‑scale data systems and pipelines across domains.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and engineering standards.
• Design scalable solutions on Snowflake with focus on reliability and cost.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for data ingestion patterns (batch, streaming, APIs).
• Drive data delivery via APIs, data sharing, and cross‑cloud integrations.
• Evolve data products and ensure observability, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions.
