Prudential Financial, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the FM Management Reporting team. You will design, build and maintain data pipelines and lakes, collaborating with architects, data scientists and analysts to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

You’ll work with Python, SQL, Spark and AWS-based data technologies, implement testing, and apply best practices in data governance and security while learning and mentoring others in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines, logic and storage systems with modern design patterns.
• Develop high quality, well documented code adhering to Prudential standards.
• Conduct complex data analysis and prepare data for modeling.
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists and architects on data projects to enhance data processes.
• Write tests and automate quality assurance; address problems from QA and support teams.
