Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Senior Data Engineer - Analytics to design and own data pipelines feeding BigQuery and Redshift data warehouses. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure scalable, reliable analytics services and owning the codebase to keep the architecture modern.

You will also contribute to architecture decisions, deliver BI dashboards with Looker/PowerBI/Tableau, and leverage AI tools to boost developer productivity in a Columbus, Ohio setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to approach complex, ambiguous data challenges systematically.
• Experience owning data integrity, ensuring data is reliable, timely and traceable.
• Experience creating and maintaining ETL pipelines with modern tools (Python, SQL, Airflow, DBT, S3, Airbyte, Confluent).
• Experience building analytic semantic layers and BI dashboards (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design data pipelines to ingest information from various systems to BigQuery or Redshift.
• Take ownership of the codebase, refactoring where needed and keeping the design modern.
• Code actively to unblock technical and communication challenges to meet roadmaps.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance for multiple products.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product you are responsible for.
• Provide feedback and participate in pair programming exercises.
