Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of related experience; software development preferred.
• Extensive experience with object-oriented programming in C#, Java, Python or equivalent.
• Experience with Git or other source code control systems.
• SQL integration development experience with SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools such as Azure Devops, TFS, and Jira.
• Proven ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience designing and implementing large projects in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Define data standards, governance framework, and metadata practices.
• Drive Snowflake platform maturity and modernization initiatives.
• Migrate legacy data assets into a scalable, governed enterprise data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with analytics, reporting, AI, and data product teams to strengthen architecture and operating models.
• Lead data integration, ingestion architecture, and DataOps practices.
