As a key member of our data team, you will own the data lifecycle, build scalable scraping and enrichment systems, and influence the data stack to improve job recommendations and discovery for users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete data lifecycle from aggregation to enrichment and matching.
• Build systems for large-scale scraping, deduplication, and quality control.
• Improve coverage, freshness, and reliability of job inventory.
• Enhance classification, taxonomy, and semantic enrichment.
• Develop datasets and evaluation frameworks for matching performance.
• Directly improve job discovery, matching, and recommendations.
• Drive architectural decisions and influence the data stack.
• Tackle complex data problems with a hands-on approach.
