Greystones Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support data-driven decision-making through the collection, processing, analysis, and visualization of large datasets for government clients. The role emphasizes building pipelines with data scientists, creating visualization tools, and translating complex findings into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IRS data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Eligibility for Federal Public Trust Clearance (US citizen or lawful permanent resident).
• Must comply with Federal vaccine mandate.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Government clients to understand business needs and develop analysis plans.
• Build data pipelines with data scientists and ML teams.
• Develop data visualization and analytics tools.
• Design and develop responsive web applications.
• Write clean, scalable code in JavaScript and Python.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce security/performance standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare unit/integration tests and maintain documentation.
• Debug and refactor existing code while ensuring production stability.
• Propose technical solutions to business challenges and ensure secure data exchange.
