Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Analytics Platform and Data Science team. You will build pipelines and data foundations powering product health, adoption, and performance analytics, turning raw data into clean datasets for data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders across the Product org.

Location is flexible for USA remote work with select in-person options in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on data engineering and data science.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data systems.
• Expertise in Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with Databricks, dbt, and AWS data services; Unity Catalog is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines with Databricks, dbt, and AWS.
• Create data foundations for product health, adoption, and performance analytics.
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for modeling with data scientists.
• Transform raw data into clean, well-structured datasets and support feature engineering.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools.
