Qualifications

• Proven Data Engineer with a focus on MLOps and production challenges.
• Hands-on with Spark tuning and Airflow DAG orchestration.
• Familiar with Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Proficient in Python; Java/Scala is a plus.
• Product Owner mindset for reliability and scalability.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and maintain our data infrastructure for real-time and batch workloads.
• Ensure data is available: processing, storage, aggregation, and API development.
• Design and implement a central feature store and robust feature pipelines.
• Build scalable pipelines with Airflow and Spark focusing on reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor peers and drive data quality, CI/CD for data, and documentation.
