Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in the United States seeks a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale a modern data platform, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, optimizing Snowflake schemas, and enforcing DataOps practices.

You will orchestrate workflows using Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster, implement data quality and lineage frameworks, integrate third-party REST APIs and event-driven sources, and apply software engineering standards including CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing to data repositories.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Snowflake data warehousing.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Hands-on with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, and Git.
• Focus on data quality, lineage, and observability.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT workflows.
• Design production-ready Snowflake schemas for analytics.
• Ingest data from REST APIs and event streams.
• Maintain and expand workflow orchestration pipelines.
