Oteemo Inc. seeks a senior data architecture/engineering leader to design scalable data architectures and pipelines for digital twin and analytics initiatives in a healthcare context.

You will own model development for simulation workloads and collaborate with DoD stakeholders to map workflows and data dependencies. You will build dashboards and APIs connecting analytics with enterprise systems, while establishing governance, quality, and security practices across data platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics engineering, or related discipline with hands-on design and implementation of data pipelines and data platforms.
• Experience supporting DoD healthcare or large healthcare environments preferred.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data transformation in relational and NoSQL databases.

• Design and build scalable data architectures and pipelines powering analytics and modeling initiatives.
• Lead data and model development for digital twin workloads and related simulations.
• Develop scenario-analysis capabilities for staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Deliver dashboards and data services connecting digital twin/analytics to enterprise systems.
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and documentation; communicate complex concepts clearly.
