Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer/Data Architect to design and evolve an Azure-based Lakehouse enterprise data platform. You will architect scalable data models and drive governance, quality, and self-service analytics across ERP, CRM, HR and manufacturing domains.

The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on delivery, leveraging Fabric, Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark to optimize performance, cost, and reliability of the data platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise scale cloud data platforms and modern Lakehouse architectures.
• Strong hands-on Azure data services, SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark, Delta Lake and ETL/ELT design, governance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, best practices and reusable patterns that support modernization and migrations.
• Design scalable Bronze-Silver-Gold Lakehouse architectures and enterprise semantic models for reporting and self-service BI.
• Develop canonical data models spanning ERP, CRM, scheduling, manufacturing and HR domains.
• Establish standards for data integration, metadata lineage, data quality governance and security.
