Job summary

Aspirion Health Resources LLC in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Azure SQL Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data infrastructure that supports real-time operations and advanced analytics. You will focus on database architecture, SQL performance tuning, and Azure resource management while contributing to the buildout of our Azure Lakehouse and Microsoft Fabric environment.

Collaborate with data scientists, BI analysts, and DevOps to deliver performant datasets, ELT pipelines

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering focusing on SQL and cloud data platforms.
• 4+ years hands-on Azure SQL development and deployment.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake Storage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Purview governance.
• Strong collaboration with BI/AI/DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data infrastructure for real-time ops and analytics.
• Develop and tune T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for OLTP/OLAP.
• Manage Azure SQL resources and capacity planning for compute and storage.
• Support Lakehouse architecture with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake.
• Create ELT pipelines using Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
• Implement data governance using Purview and ensure data quality.
