CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement data pipelines powering analytics and data science workloads. You will model core data domains, build scalable ETL/ELT processes, and ensure data quality and governance across cloud environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data scientists and analysts, performance optimization, documentation, and mentoring of junior engineers in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with pipelines and analytics.
• Strong SQL and complex query development skills.
• Experience deploying data pipelines in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of data governance best practices in cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Data Modeling & Architecture to support analytics and ML needs.
• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple data sources.
• Optimize performance through partitioning, clustering and tuning.
• Establish data quality and governance standards and security policies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts for BI/ML workflows.
• Document pipelines and mentor junior data engineers.
