Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field, or equal work experience.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language, such as Python or Go.
• Deep SQL expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, including RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases.
• Ability to design systems for moving and changing data at scale using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Thorough understanding of engineering best practices, including testing paradigms, peer code reviews, and resilient architecture design.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Experience using predictive analytics, machine learning, and/or AI to solve business problems.
• Experience designing and executing enterprise-scale semantic layers.
• Thought leadership in analytics and data engineering.
• Experience with Snowflake, Amplitude, Tableau, or other modern analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in fast, team-based, iterative programming environments.
• Track record of high-quality work delivered on time
