Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data platforms.
• Experience building cloud-based data integration and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and scalable data solutions for analytics and AI.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex data challenges.
• Promotes data quality, governance, security, and privacy best practices.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and share knowledge within a team.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to align business and tech goals.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and own responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Document technical designs clearly for operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise semantic and ontology models for analytics and AI.
• Establish data quality and validation frameworks across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to design data pipelines aligned with business needs.
• Architect scalable data engineering patterns for data warehouses and lake houses.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes and engineering best practices.
• Integrate data lineage, metadata management, and observability into data solutions.
• Contribute to data governance, security, and compliance initiatives including RLS.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
