Job summary

Mesh, a leading data and analytics company, is seeking an analytics/data engineering specialist to own product analytics, run A/B readouts, and ensure data integrity across platforms. You will define metrics, build dashboards in Power BI, and shape instrumentation for scalable reporting.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Amplitude or Mixpanel, and 3+ years in analytics or data engineering. Hybrid work from SF/NY/Bangalore with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Expert in SQL (T-SQL / Spark SQL) and Python.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Comfortable with experiment design and statistics for A/B readouts.
• Experience building data quality checks, reconciliations or backfills on production data.
• Able to validate numbers against source systems before reporting.
• Excellent written communication to explain issues to engineers, CROs and clients.
• 3+ years in analytics or data engineering.
• 5+ years with end-to-end ownership of a data domain.

Responsibilities

• Own product and client analytics; define metrics and dashboards.
• Run experiment readouts and translate results into decisions.
• Prove migrations with apples-to-apples data comparisons.
• Guard data integrity with automated reconciliation checks.
• Shape instrumentation and backend event schemas.
• Build finance-grade reporting with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Make data AI-native and support self-serve data channels.
• Turn data into client-ready reporting exports and currencyable insights.
