Job summary

Amplytico is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer / Senior Consultant to design end-to-end data architectures, pipelines, and Power Platform solutions for energy sector clients. You will lead client workshops, translate complex designs, and deliver production-grade dashboards and apps.

Ideal candidates have extensive Power BI and Snowflake experience, strong SQL, and the ability to work onsite in San Francisco up to 2 days weekly, in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI development experience.
• Expert-level Power BI skills with complex data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and gateway management.
• Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep Snowflake experience including data modeling, performance tuning, Snowpipe, cost management.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Experience integrating data from AWS services and SAP data sources in analytics context.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data architectures connecting source systems to Snowflake.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards with advanced DAX and data models.
• Create Power Apps and automate data flows within operational workflows.
• Lead client workshops, translate designs for technical and executive audiences.
• Deliver high-quality architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and user docs.
