Hunter Industries Inc is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data systems and pipelines. This role provides technical leadership and guides best practices in data architecture, governance, and optimization, enabling analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.

The candidate will work with Snowflake, Power BI, and cloud platforms to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced training in data engineering, cloud platforms, or analytics preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in data engineering and data integration.
• Proven experience with enterprise-scale Snowflake data solutions and Power BI as the reporting layer.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and optimizes data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery across enterprise platforms.
• Integrates data from Oracle Fusion and other sources into Snowflake.
• Applies data cleansing, validation, and quality controls to ensure accuracy and trust.
• Monitors pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborates with architects, analysts, and data scientists to deliver analytics and AI/ML-ready solutions.
