Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is assisting a healthcare services organization in Dallas to recruit a Senior Data Engineer. You will help build and scale a modern Azure-based data platform, integrate Snowflake warehouses, and establish scalable data pipelines across enterprise systems.

The role blends platform engineering with data engineering in a hybrid, full-time setting. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of data engineering experience, hands-on ADF expertise, strong SQL and data modeling skills,

Qualifications

Hybrid opportunity located in North Dallas with a leading healthcare services organization that supports thousands of patients and providers across the country. This is a full-time position focused on building and scaling a modern Azure-based data platform using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, Terraform, and data transformation tools such as dbt or SQLMesh. The team is investing heavily in enterprise data modernization and centralized reporting capabilities.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on a large-scale data transformation initiative. The organization is consolidating data from acquisitions and disparate systems into a centralized data warehouse while launching numerous new data products across the business. They are seeking an experienced engineer who enjoys building data pipelines from the ground up, working across both platform and data engineering disciplines, and helping establish scalable, reliable, and maintainable data solutions. You'll partner with a highly regarded technical leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future state of the enterprise data ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data pipelines
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
