Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering with production-level Databricks and dbt experience.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills.
• Experienced in mentoring engineers and setting governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Databricks lakehouse with medallion architecture and dbt standards.
• Build ELT pipelines from SQL Server, Salesforce, MongoDB, Gong, and Fivetran.
• Lead migration off legacy systems and improve reliability with automation and data quality checks.
