Job summary

Chase seeks a Data Domain Architect to own the Workforce data domain, spanning HC, org structures, workforce movements, labor/benefits, and related expenses. Deep hands-on work in Databricks and SQL, paired with domain-architecture leadership, drive strategic data products and governance across Finance and Tech.

You will define domain boundaries, standardize definitions, and enable governed self-service for dashboards and reporting while ensuring data quality, lineage, and SLA adherence across

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering governed, reusable data assets as products.
• Strong SQL querying, profiling, reconciliation, and performance-aware design.
• Hands-on Databricks in a lakehouse context with delta tables.
• Modeling financial data structures and communicating with Finance stakeholders.
• Logic and physical data modeling including dimensional modeling and canonical models.
• Experience implementing governance artifacts and metadata management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise data definitions and drive consensus across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Workforce data domain architecture with domain boundaries, canonical models, reference data, and conformed dimensions.
• Lead design and delivery of Workforce data products aligned to the medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold) and establish data contracts for integrations.
• Establish data governance and controls including metadata standards, lineage capture, and SLAs; monitor data quality and drive remediation.
• Standardize Workforce definitions and measures, align curated data products to the semantic layer, and enable governed self-service for dashboards and reporting.
