Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biomedical sciences or related field with proven leadership in programs.
• Experience coordinating large, distributed research networks and translational science initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for the Data Coordination Center of Excellence.
• Act on behalf of PI, ensuring continuity of leadership and strategic execution.
• Interface with client leadership, regulatory representatives, and partner organizations to set priorities.
• Represent the project at scientific and technical meetings, including annual gatherings.
• Lead AI initiatives to improve efficiencies and develop new capabilities.
• Design innovative technical and process-oriented solutions.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, schedules, and deliverables to align with goals.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contract commitments are met.
• Stay informed on translational research trends and team science.
• Contribute to business development and proposal activities.
