Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Manager, Data Transformation to join the DDSAI team. You will lead the end-to-end data product lifecycle, turning raw clinical and omics data into interoperable, AI-ready assets across studies.

Based in Raritan NJ, Spring House PA, Titusville NJ, or Cambridge MA, this on-site role requires deep bioinformatics and data engineering expertise, with 5+ years in pipelines, Nextflow, AWS, and multi-omics data. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Bioinformatics, Data Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience developing data pipelines in life sciences or drug discovery.
• Hands-on with clinical data formats (CDISC SDTM/ADaM, FHIR, OMOP).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data models for AI-ready clinical data.
• Develop Nextflow/Tower pipelines with AWS S3, Snowflake, TileDB.
• Standardize outputs into harmonized formats for data science.
• Collaborate with governance and architecture to embed FAIR and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and drive workflow optimization.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality datasets.
