Addison Group is seeking a Data Conversion Analyst to join their Data Conversions team. The role focuses on migrating data from acquired firms into the company's standard systems within a remote setting.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with data conversion projects, mappings, source/destination validations, and import templates. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and SQL Server is preferred, with additional experience in ETL practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply ETL best practices to ensure accurate data transfer and repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with a remote team of Data Analysts on project assignments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100-125,000

Bonus Potential: 10-15%

My client is seeking a Data Conversion Analyst to join their Data Conversions team. This team plays a critical role in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) space, responsible for migrating data from acquired firms into the company's standard systems. Manager is specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience supporting data conversion projects, including mappings, source and destination validations, and import templates.

Must Have Technical Requirements

• 5 years experience
• Hands-on experience with data conversion projects
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  
  

Strong Nice To Have: Insurance experience

Must also have two out of the 5 nice to haves:

• Ability to write and execute read-only SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Fabric
• Applied Epic
• Alteryx (used for creating repeatable data workflows)
• Vertafore – IMS
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support Implementation Leads in migrating data from legacy systems to client's platform
• Analyze, map, clean, and transform source data into NFP's standardized formats
• Use tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL Server to review and manipulate data sets
• Apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) best practices to support accurate data transfer
• Work with templates to ensure consistent, repeatable workflows
• Collaborate remotely with a team of Data Analysts on project-specific assignments
• Adapt to shifting project needs and timelines in a fast-paced environment
