Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Sr. Data & Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and support its cloud-based data and analytics environment. You will partner with IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization.

The role emphasizes modernizing workloads to Fabric, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring data governance and security in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data analytics or cloud platforms.
• Experience migrating workloads to Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Experience with Fabric, Azure, and Power BI.
• Strong SQL and data integration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools applied to data tasks.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, governance, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Lead modernization projects migrating legacy workloads to Fabric.
• Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines and ingestion patterns for new sources.
• Ensure secure data access, governance, and quality across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Document standards and enable knowledge sharing.
