Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group seeks a Sr. Data & Cloud Engineer to design, build, and support a scalable cloud-based data and analytics platform. You will partner with IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and drive the company’s data strategy forward.

You will migrate workloads, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, govern data quality, and implement AI-driven capabilities to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years designing, developing and supporting enterprise data, analytics or cloud platforms.
• Experience migrating SSIS, Azure Analysis Services or legacy data-warehouse workloads to Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Fabric, Azure, Power BI or comparable technologies.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration/ETL/ELT experience.
• Proficient with AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, governance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Migrate workloads to modern Fabric-based solutions and optimize performance.
• Build reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion for new source systems.
• Implement data governance, security and quality initiatives.
