Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Economics/Planning/Engineering/Business
• 10+ years project-related experience with government agencies/utilities/land entitlement/site development and permitting
• 10+ years experience managing multiple projects with strong communication and problem-solving
• 10+ years cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicating to leadership
• 5+ years experience defining terms, negotiating, and executing water/wastewater supply agreements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute water supply and infrastructure strategy for AWS data centers in TX and Americas
• Collaborate with AWS Infrastructure teams to develop water sourcing opportunities for large projects
• Develop and negotiate water and wastewater supply contracts with utilities
• Analyze regulatory trends in water space to identify opportunities for AWS and datacenter industry
• Manage water projects to meet cost savings and timelines
• Travel up to 30% for project delivery

Education
