• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in turnover, startup, commissioning on data centers or similar complex projects.
• Strong understanding of systems-based turnover, startup, energization, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop turnover, startup, and commissioning strategies across projects and regions.
• Lead systemization, boundary development, turnover sequencing, and readiness planning.
• Provide oversight for construction completion, walkdowns, punchlists, testing, and commissioning.
