Jacobs is seeking a Leader of Turnover, Startup & Commissioning for its AI Data Center portfolio. You will provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight for turnover, startup, energization, and commissioning across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction completion, turnover, startup, commissioning, or related execution roles on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similarly complex projects.
• Experience with systems-based construction completion, turnover, startup, energization, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement turnover, startup, and commissioning strategies across projects and regions.
• Lead systemization, turnover sequencing, and readiness planning aligned with schedules.
• Provide leadership for construction completion, walkdowns, punchlists, and testing.
• Establish readiness criteria and stage-gate requirements for turnover progression.
• Coordinate activities among Construction, Engineering, OEMs, trade partners, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure testing, inspections, and turnover records are complete and accessible.
• Drive standardized turnover packages, commissioning documentation, and workflows.
• Lead interpretation of drawings, systems, and commissioning requirements.
