Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in power system industry (substation, power plant, or renewable energy).
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and SCADA/control systems.
• Familiar with three-phase power principles and grid stability.
• Proven technical communicator able to disseminate conclusions to stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient with ability to drive multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Lead for data center deployment activities.
• Assist on proof-of-concept activities and provide testing support.
• Develop standardized technical documents for contracting and execution.
• Serve as primary technical contact from contracting to commissioning.
• Establish data center BESS architecture standards (BESS-UPS, B2B, conditioning).
• Develop and maintain a risk-based engineering roadmap addressing technical and schedule risks.
• Translate project requirements into software/control configurations for FlexGen HybridOS.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system integration issues during commissioning.
