Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our electrical utility construction division in Wisconsin. You will manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring proper scoping, technical soundness, and delivery to schedule and budget.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners, oversee sourcing and procurement, and support planning to mobilize field execution.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience with an electrical utility contractor and substation/transmission.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring proper scoping and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners; oversee sourcing and procurement.
• Review EPC proposals and align with Operations, Estimating, and Risk Management across all work phases.
