Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing team, working on data center projects and related capital initiatives. You’ll perform structural analyses, develop models, and collaborate with diverse teams across Jacobs offices.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering, PE registration or eligibility, and experience with CAD software and design codes. Hybrid work arrangements and travel up to 20% are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to become registered in additional states.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, S3D) and structural analysis tools (RISA/STAAD) is required.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and design standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Teams and ability to travel 10–20%.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of structural analysis tasks and create computer models for structures.
• Perform member design calculations and foundations work, material take-offs for estimating, assist with schedules.
• Coordinate designs with Jacobs offices (domestic and international) and liaise with internal teams.
