Responsibilities

Strategic Space Planning: Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term space planning strategies for Oracle's North America data center portfolio.
Occupancy Planning & Portfolio Management: Lead occupancy planning activities to support workforce growth, operational teams, vendors, and business partners.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze occupancy trends, utilization metrics, and portfolio performance to support strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Real Estate, Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, Engineering, Construction, Finance, Security, and Design groups.
Process Improvement & Governance: Develop and implement standardized space planning methodologies, processes, and governance frameworks.
