Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Program Manager for end-to-end order execution in OCI data centers, reporting to the Supply Chain organization in Nashville. You will drive inventory optimization, mitigate blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory and site readiness, and build cross-functional operating mechanisms with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Delivery teams.

You will automate processes and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation and visibility, and establish KPIs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order execution from purchase through delivery for OCI data center hardware.
• Ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain and operational risks.
• Drive inventory optimization and manage hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery, and other stakeholders to establish scalable operating mechanisms.
• Automate and streamline supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for cycle time, redeployment, reuse, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with Oracle standards and expectations.
• Drive supply chain initiatives, operational improvements, and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and external supplier organizations.
• Influence product and supplier selection decisions based on cost, technology, and continuity of supply considerations.
