Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks an IDCS Solutions Consultant to collaborate with sales teams, interpret customer requirements, and manage rack integration projects to successful delivery.

You will provide expert technical consultation on partner products, review upcoming technologies with vendors, estimate resources, and mentor others in the Integration Services Data Center team. A strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill set is essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant field or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Advanced OEM certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SHI sales teams to interpret customer requirements and update design documentation.
• Assist in identifying, scoping, and closing opportunities through customer meetings and presentations.
• Lead and manage technical customer projects to ensure successful delivery of rack integration services and deployments.
• Provide technical consultative and support services as an expert in partner products and solutions.
• Interface with partner vendors to review upcoming technologies.
• Estimate resources, time frames, and quality for successful project implementation.
• Communicate with management at various levels within and outside the organization.
• Ensure SHI’s enterprise solutions meet customer expectations and business needs.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience that aligns with SHI standards.
• Mentor and support team members in the Integration Services Data Center department.
