Job summary

SHI International Corp. in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing and internal initiatives spanning Data Center Infrastructure, AI, Cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and engage with Sales, Presales, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure successful outcomes. The role reports to the IDCS PMO Director and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex technology projects.
• Experience managing customer-facing engagements from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex initiatives across Data Center Infrastructure, AI, and Cybersecurity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Delivery Services.
• Provide governance, executive communication, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote PMO standards.
