Cognisant in Washington DC or Dallas TX seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer – Data Center Infrastructure. Location flexible to DC or Dallas; salary flexible with bonus and benefits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in data center design, construction, or presales engineering.
• Working knowledge of critical infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, PDUs) and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• GPU and HPC deployment planning
• Power, cooling, and capacity optimization
• Customer discovery and solution ownership
• Executive engagement with hyperscale and AI operators
• End-to-end solution leadership from concept through contract execution
• Present to tenant executives, architects, and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor throughout the deal cycle
