Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Design Verification Engineer to join our Data Center SoC Verification team.

You will verify next-generation Data Center SoCs powering AI, HPC, and cloud infrastructure, collaborating with architects, design engineers, software teams, and verification specialists to ensure first-silicon success. You will work on multi-core CPUs, cache coherency, memory subsystems, AI accelerators, high-speed interconnects, security, and advanced SoC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of design verification experience; senior roles may be offered for proven expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, C, SVA, Coverage-Driven Verification, and System-level use cases.
• Experience developing verification environments from architecture/specification through sign-off.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and digital design fundamentals.
• Experience debugging complex SoC-level issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification plans for SoC, subsystem, and IP-level features.
• Design and implement SystemVerilog/UVM-based verification environments.
• Create directed and constrained-random test scenarios to validate functionality and use cases.
• Develop assertions, coverage models, and checkers.
• Debug RTL, testbench, and integration issues and resolve defects with design teams.
• Drive coverage closure using functional and code coverage metrics.
• Participate in architecture/design reviews to ensure verification requirements are included.
